Green Park is a closed complex, consisting of three buildings; they will have their own private pool, sauna and fitness center. The neighborhood is called Manastircki Livadi, 10 minutes from city center near a main boulevard that leads directly to the Vitosha Mountains. This deal involved the financing of a large portion of the project with local developer near the beginning of the construction process. This is an example of the opportunities to work with carefully selected, experienced builders who are able to handle all aspects of the development process. Financing of this sort offers the opportunity to invest at very attractive levels. Construction for this project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2010.
