Summary Geo Milev is a quite, middle class neighborhood located about 10 minutes from the center of Sofia.  The area has steadily been improving.  The two units available in this project were sold by the builder during the early stages of construction.  The price was substantially less than market prices at the time.  This is typical for small and mid-size developers in Bulgaria since bank financiering is not always available.  Construction began in early 2007.
