Global Quest intends to operate as the general partner in a continuing set of funds specifically designed for this purpose. Global Quest Emerging Europe Fund I, LLC was the first; it was fully subscribed in 2006 and has now finished its first full year of activity.
Partnership and fund structures allow for a great amount flexibility for the investor as compared with direct investment. With the growing awareness of the opportunities for investment in emerging markets, we have anticipated that involvement in these types of investment programs will be a main focus of our business.
Property Management
With our local presence and knowledge, we are able to offer day-to-day management services that include the following:
- arranging and supervising refurbishments of any size;
- finding and maintaining renters;
- arranging and supervising general repairs and maintenance;
- handling of utility and other regular payments;
- managing tax and legal issues;
- act as the general contact for any issues relating to the properties in Bulgaria.
Direct Purchase Assistance
For either investment or personal use, we lend our expertise and brokerage services throughout the complete process of purchasing property in Bulgaria. This entails any or all of the following:

- find choice properties for your consideration;

- manage the property on a day-to-day basis;

Consulting
We are able to customize our services on a consulting basis for individuals or entities that would benefit from our market knowledge and our overall capabilities to locate, transact and manage real estate properties in Bulgaria.
