Jeffrey Notaro
Principal and Executive Officer of Global Quest LLC.

Mr. Notaro has 20 years of experience in the financial industry. In conjunction with operating Global Quest, he operates a successful investment advisory and brokerage business in New York City.

Mr. Notaro began on Wall Street in 1986, after graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. His early experience included positions in the field of institutional equity and bond trading. Beginning in 1991, he joined the brokerage firm of Vision LP as manager of their futures trading desk and later became manager of their equity trading desk for the newly formed broker dealer, Vision Brokerage Services, LLC. He still holds the position of Principal with Vision Brokerage Services and is employed by both the futures firm and the broker dealer in a consulting capacity with regard to trading related issues.

In early 2005, Global Quest LLC was established, and the following year, Vector Asset Management LLC, was registered with New York State as an investment advisor. Many of the clients of the investment advisor have made investments in real estate through Global Quest LLC and the funds it manages.

David Florov, Principal
Executive Officer of Global Quest LLC.

Mr. Florov’s background is in the financial brokerage industry; he currently is a full-time principal of Global Quest, operating the company’s office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Mr. Florov’s family background is Bulgarian; he was born and raised in New York City, but spent a number of months each year throughout his life living in Bulgaria. He is fluent in three languages, Bulgarian, German and English. His familiarity with the Bulgarian culture, as well as experience in doing business in Bulgaria, is an important aspect of Global Quest’s organization.

Mr. Florov received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Management from Cornell University in 1993. Shortly thereafter, he spent a number of years with ED&F Man in the precious metals and energy pits on the trading floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange. In 2000, Mr. Florov joined Vision LP, a retail commodity brokerage firm in New York; where he was responsible for balancing and reconciling Vision’s house trading accounts. In 2005, he began a full-time commitment to Global Quest LLC.

Donald Holley
Vice President & Institutional Account Executive

Mr. Holley’s background is focused on trading and alternative investments.& He graduated in 1973 from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and began working in the financial industry in 1993.& He has held a number of trading and brokerage related positions in the futures industry since.& In joining Global Quest in 2006, he brings an extensive background in client servicing and investment management to the organization.&

Personally, Mr. Holley resides in Manhattan with his wife and two children.& He is very active as a volunteer fund-raiser and organizational leader in the local New York City school district where his two sons attend.& &

Yvonne Ukoh

Ms. Ukoh has eight years experience in office and administrative experience in the local New York business community.& She is fluent in French and a number of Nigerian dialects.& Ms. Ukoh is currently near graduation at the Borough of Manhattan Community College with a degree in Finance and Business Management.
